The ETL2_MONITOR table has a 'STAT' field that holds the results of running each data load module. The 'STAT' fields can have the following values:
1: the data load module ran successfully with no errors
2: the data load module ran successfully but had error records
3: the data load module threw an exception
If the 'STAT' field contains a value of 2, look in the 'ERROR2' tables for error records.
If the 'STAT' field contains a value of 3, then an exception was thrown by the underlying stored procedure:
3 in STAT_CUSTOMER_MASTER -> exception thrown by p_connect_etl2.load_cust_master_alt
3 in STAT_CUST_ATTRIBUTES -> exception thrown by p_connect_etl2.load_cust_attr_alt
3 in STAT_CUST_PREFERENCES -> exception thrown by p_connect_etl2.load_cust_pref_alt
3 in STAT_CUST_SUBSCRIPTION -> exception thrown by p_connect_etl2.load_cust_sub_alt
3 in STAT_EVENT_QUEUE -> exception thrown by p_connect_etl2.load_event_queue_alt
To diagnose the cause, run the underlying stored procedure directly so that you can see the actual exception. e.g.
The actual exception information can be used for further diagnosis.
